Holiday Giving

As we enter the holiday season of gift
giving, we take a look at what it means to give.
What is the meaning of the word, "giving"?
The definition in the dictionary simply says,
to pass along, to deliver, to exchange, to make
a gift, to send. What a wide variety of words
that can mean so many things. Yet, in the
simpliest way, it means to share something
of meaning to another which can express love,
gratitude, friendship and appreciation.
This does not always mean one must pass along
